DESCRIPTION
In 2022, I began the process of redesigning Minneapolis Public School's new employee orientation. This interaction is a redesign of a flowchart from HR that helps new employees identify if they are benefits eligible.
DESCRIPTION
In 2024, I managed the creation of a series of leadership courses. This interaction is from a course titled, "Leadership Training: Hiring Fundamentals." The course addressed leaders' lack of knowledge of the process for hiring new employees and working with HR consultants.
Software Simulation
Part of the knowledge gap for hiring new employees included how to use the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting interface. I developed this software simulation to teach leaders how to use the interface when hiring new employees.
Knowledge Check
To assess the previous simulation's effectiveness, I developed this knowledge check. The knowledge check tests leaders' comprehension of how to use the interface when hiring new employees.
DESCRIPTION
Another course in the leadership training series I developed was "Leadership Training: Building an Onboarding Plan." This interaction allows leaders to practice writing SMART GOALS.
